Best Color Job Ever

I have had my hair dyed many times in professional salons, from just covering grays, to overall hair color change, and high lights and low lights. I always notice a difference between my roots (my hair literally grows overnight) and my new color. I used esalon custom color for the first time and I'm in love. My hair is one smooth flawless shade from roots to tip. The texture is soft and it has a natural shine.

Color was subtle and what I wanted.

I changed my color formula to something less brassy and like it now. I am interested in pursuing and option of a slightly darker color which could give a slightly variable look to some strands--sort of like a "reverse frosting." Is there a special kit for that effect?
