Will not repurchaseThis was my 3rd time coloring with Esalon color over the last 6 months. The first two times, I was very happy with the color and the process. It left my hair feeling very nice. This time around, I applied the color per the instructions. The only difference this time was I changed the color. When I rinsed the color off, it literally took an hour to get the color out. It made my hair feel very rubbery and slick. I had to shampoo it 4 times. I think it totally defeated the purpose of coloring my hair and I had to use different shampoo because the little packet of shampoo they provide you wasn't enough to get the color out. After drying my hair, my hair is VERY damaged and fried (my hair was super healthy before this color application) and my hair feels very greasy. You also cannot tell I colored my hair. Better and yet notLet me begin with this....I LOVE YOUR PRODUCT but more than that I ADORE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am still havenjoy to have some tweaking done with color and coverage. The gray on temple and front hairline still don't seem to stay dark but better than first few. My other concern is that it being a more Golden color vs the red chocolate brown color I prefer. When first colored it has a deepness to it but it lightens quickly and to a a golden color. I know while continuing it will become the rich chocolate brown I am wanting. Unhappy with productThe color just wasn't for me. It was brassy and after a few shampoos it was orangish in color. Great product and easy to manage.I love how versatile this product is. I can change the colour and dates when I want it delivered and speak to someone any time. I have just added more tints and I'm really pleased with how the colour has turned out. The quality of the hair colour is top notch too covering grey and leaving my hair soft and shiny. new to esalonI have used the color 3 times now. I asked for a change in the tone as I had a red cast in the light. The change was very effective. I like the kit. Perfect!This is the third time coloring my hair through eSalon. We have tweaked the color and its perfect. The team really seems to try to get it right and cares how you like it! Best everI've been coloring my roots since I was in my early 30's... A decade later, I've now tried it all. My hair grows super fast & gets really dry by all the chemicals (& having it done by someone else is way too expensive)! But eSalon color is the best out there, it's easy, very affordable, & doesn't dry my hair out like other brands. I highly recommend it!!!
