Grey hair coverageThis formula did not cover any of my gray hair at all the first time so I'm not going to attempt to try to do it again not to mention one bottle is not going to be enough because I will need to do an all over color again. So I want to know if I can return this order & get my money back. I’m blown awayI don’t know how my colorist got my color so perfectly. I sent a picture of my natural hair color, gave a description of what I wanted, and my colorist adjusted the goal color I chose to be lighter and I’m so glad she did. Did Not Completely CoverThe way my heart felt was amazing. The Color itself matched quite well. Problem is after my first wash I saw patches of grays and I can't pull my hair up once again without them being visible. Too much red this timeDon't love the color this time, my hair is reddish orange. Not the same color as last time. The colorant for my ends was empty and the developer wasn't sealed shut. Within the second wash the gray returned. 2 of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
