The color pulled too goldI tried adjusting it and I feel like the adjustment made may not even be what I was asking for. I like a color from the look book but I've called and messaged so much, I feel kind of like a bother. They did offer me a free color but if it's not the right color....what will that do? Great idea...but..Ordered the special offer for the first try. The whole concept is impressive,and professional. The colour was a good choice,and the whole packaging impressive,however my hair after the treatment was dry,very and hair looked dull.I did use the enclosed conditioner.
