Product is Fine. Service Stinks. Overcharged.I like eSalon and the color was good. My hair felt soft and wasn't dried out or frizzy after application. However, all the good things are overshadowed by poor customer service. I have attempted MANY times to have the tax rate corrected on my account, but they refuse to make the change even though I've provided detailed proof from the state and county tax authorities where I live. They are overcharging me 5% on every order. Not a lot, but it adds up over time. The money is less of an issue that the fact that they argue back and forth thru messages and absolutely refuse to correct the problem. Amazing Hair Color from eSalon especially if you want to be a strawberry blonde!I have always had my hair color done at a salon. I finally got tired of paying the high prices and getting unsatisfactory results from different salons over the years. I like my hair to be a strawberry blonde color. I don’t know why, but it seems to be hit or miss getting the right color at salons even the high end salons. I finally decided to give eSalon a try. I was amazed by eSalons color matching! I was a natural redhead, but now have white roots. eSalon was able to get my formula to cover my white roots with no hot roots!
