Just ok.I have given eSalon several tries. I love the concept and presentation. I have just not had great results with covering my grey. The formula was adjusted several times and I was hopeful each time. The customer service is excellent. I am not sure if it is just my hair… but the color didn’t quite take or last. Update-March 2024. I should have stuck with my original thoughts. Just tried again… this time much of the same except ZERO help from the experts. Have sent two messages that have gone unanswered. My color is scheduled to ship tomorrow and still nothing. I have huge concerns about the last color that were never addressed. Don’t bother… they won’t help you. Ripping off..I received an email that it's on offer for £12. I didn't click on every month subscription.Still last night I received an email that my second order has been dispatched.I called them today and they said it's already dispatched..I have to pay postage for return.It cost me £27 for the colour . HOLDING COLORWHEN I FIRST STARTED USING THIS PRODUCT I REALLY LIKED IT. I USE SHAMPOO/CONDITIONER FOR COLOR TREATED HAIR, IF DO NOT HAVE THE SHAMPOO/CONDITIONER FROM ESALON. BUT FOR THE LAST 6-9 MONTHS THE COLOR IS NOT "STICKING" TO THE GRAY. i HAVE NOT CHANGED MY DIET, MEDS, HAIR WASHING PROCESS OR FREQUENCY, ETC (GOD I SOUND BORING). MAYBE MY HAIR IS TOO USE TO THE FORMULA AND SHOULD SWITCH BACK TO THE MY OLD PRODUCT FOR A WHILE??? HECK I DO NOT KNOW BUT IT STOPPED WORKING 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
