The instructions were not great. I did better doing it my old way.The colour was good at first but faded quickly. I’m glad I tried it for the introductory offer, The fact that the colour faded so quickly is not reassuring to go forward with it considering the change in cost. I followed the instructions to the T, yet my roots weren’t covered. I thought I’d let that go for the first time, but I noticed the colour was not bright like I’ve experienced with other colouring that I have tried. There was no shine at all. Last colorPlease look at photo...my hairline around my brow is orange/ugly reddish. I am on a 2 week tour of Japan and will not be calling you. Look at the bottom picture with my daughter...that is my color! Really disappointing to be traveling and taking bad pictures with this fake ugly color. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
