I decided to try your color one last time.I have been disappointed with both the color and the fact that my scalp and turned the same color as my hair. Not for meLet me start with the fact the color is AMAZING! However, I had an allergic reaction to the dye. The chemical smell though is what got me, it made my eyes burn and water, my nose and lungs sting, it was hard to catch my breath. I hope others have a better experience. We recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. Not really satisfiedI went for the copper colour as that's what I always do my hair. I have ended up with like dark brown roots and the colour isn't as bright as what I normally get not really happy with it at all. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Poor customer serviceReally Unimpressed with customer service Ordered hair colour well over a week ago and it didn’t get despatched. Decided to go to hairdresser instead and tried to cancel the order as it says you can by phoning. Phone was not answered so repeatedly emailed and filled out contact form. Those were also not answered so now they have sent the colour very late which I no longer need and I have wasted over £40. allergic to productI used your product, gave me great color and shine. However, my scalp, neck, behind ears and upper back broke out in a ichy red rash. It lasted for 2 months. I emailed you twice before with no reponce from you. My last email asked you to discontinue my shipments. Now I recieved another one. Very disappointedI was/am very disappointed with my product, my color wasn’t anywhere near what I wanted. I really didn’t even have the choice to pick what I really wanted, and I’ve never had a hair color make my hair fall out as much as this one did. I’ve used it twice.
