Not much conditioner included but I did like the colorThe small packet of conditioner included was barely enough to cover my hair. It did not leave my hair silky soft like the conditioner included in store boxed hair color. Also, I would get enough conditioner that I used once a week for several weeks. doesn't fry hair but Soft black with Blue doesn't come out blackI've been dying my hair Blue Black for years (either redken shades EQ in onyx or Paul Mitchell jetSet) Wanted something cheaper and figured you can't ruin black hair with black dye so I'll give this a shot PROS: does not dry out your hair CONS: ordering soft black with extra blue (they gave me 50/50) and my hair is actually a lighter shade of black than what it was before I dyed it. The last time I dyed my hair was 2months ago and it came out more of a dark brown with NO blue tonight.
