Did not receive my orderIt’s been almost 2 weeks and I have not received my order. I emailed customer service with no response. Not impressed with my first experience. incomplete coverageMy gray was not completely covered. I was mostly covering the grow out that wasn't completely covered. Additionally, the colored seemed flat and dull. Great color not enough coverageThe color is bright and very easy to apply all over. The amount is great. I had well over enough to use. Terrible product!!This dried my hair out SO BADLY and made so much hair fall out. I am so upset and wish I never would have ordered this. To to it all off, it didn't work at all to cover my gray. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. Color disasterI informed eSalon about how my hair reacts to any reds in the formula. They didn’t listen. Nor did they respond when I reached out about the tangerine, strawberry and bright red that became my “professional color”. After crying for days I am ready to venture out and have it redone.
