Hair dyeThe color kit I received was great! Everything you need is there and the dye was exactly what I was looking for. It has now been a little over a month, and since I wash my hair everyday it has been put to the test and my hair is keeping the color perfectly. Absolutely fabulous rich colours that tone my hairI love the products as it really turns out the colour I want every time. In addition, it radiates rich tones and highlights in my hair that no other product has done. The initial pre-purchase self-assessment for the product is simple to use and crucial if you want the right colour. I found this and the advice very helpful. The end results are exactly as I wanted it to look. This is great and reassuring. You can change the colour when you next order, which is perfect The standing order is flexible, and in my control and, if I want to change it I do and can. Less hassle too as I don't have to worry about re-ordering. I am contacted prior to my next order to give me the option to change the colour or add other items. Bliss. My hair is in much better condition, shiny and not dry. The packaging is gorgeous and made presonal to me. It is easy to use and I even adore the little sticker provided to hang the instructions on the mirror while applying the products. Great idea and useful. Salon Colouring you can do yourself!I love this product!!! The kit is easy to use. I am supplied with everything I need to do it myself (including stain remover) in the privacy of my own home. The shampoo and conditioner post-colouring is soft and gentle on my hair and scalp and the colour results are totally professional!!! I have received numerous compliments from my friends and co-workers who cannot believe I have not gone to a salon to have my hair done. Still a little orangeThe color came out less orange, and is a much better color. But I think I'm looking more for a red on the cool side.. that's how it was explained long ago to me. I love your kits and the convenience. Also yours is the only color I've ever had that does not run off on pillows the first night.. even salon colors did that! Color not rightThis was my first attempt at esalon and I did love how healthy my hair felt after coloring. I uploaded current pictures and was very detailed in what I had been currently using, as well as the results I had hoped to achieve, which was a more vibrant strawberry copper color. This first attempt left my hair a flat light/medium brown with very little vibrancy. I followed the instructions in the box and timed it exactly as stated for root application and the rest of my hair. I was able to bring some life back into my hair with the Tinted Love product, which I love. The next batch has since been adjusted, I uploaded my unhappy result pictures as well as an additional picture of the result I hope to achieve from an example on the esalon instagram.
