Permanent Hair Colour Set Colour: Medium Blonde Strawberry 8GCThis colour was, I thought, OK at first but people have said it's far too bright for me. Also, it fades after a couple of washes with my roots coming through too quickly. Therefore I would like to cancel any future orders and unsubscribe. colour setUnfortunately, the colour you sent me did not take at all. I first carried out a strand test, which showed no change in colour. Then I tried another on a different part of my hair, leaving it on for much longer to see if it would take at all, but there was no result whatsoever. Did you change the ingredients? Strong smell/harsh chemicals...unusableI am so sorry and saddened to have to write this review...I have had only good experiences with esalon for several years, now..is there a new mix of chemicals in my recent order? This blend has a much stronger smell of chemicals and when I applied it t my skin in immediately became irritated. I can not use it. Didn't cover my grey for longTwo weeks and the grey was showing. Also made my scalp itchy. I have cancelled my order, but still you have processed it and it's on it's way. I will now have to find a blonde and gift them the kit as I have had to return to my hairdresser for her to sort my hair out, plus the pharmacy to sort out my itchy scalp. Faded very quicklyHello, I usually have really good luck with your product, however this time the color faded off my gray very quickly. Also, I noticed on the set that was shipped May 5th, is going to my old address in Montana. Everything under my account says my address in Idaho though. Yikes!
