Not the sameI’ve been using esalon color for 9 years, over the last couple years the color has changed. First it seemed that it would fade/washout very quickly and not color my white hairs, then I started to notice how red my hair seemed after the color had faded. As I have become less happy with the color I have been using it less and less. I now have 4 boxes to use. I hadn't been able to place it for a while but after coloring tonight I realized that my soft black color is actually more of a coppery brown? Don’t risk it!Utterly devastated by the result. Had a professional hairdresser apply the colour for me, following the instructions to the letter. The two different colours provided for the roots and ends have resulted in the most appalling contrast. Waste of money! Waste of time and now left having to fork out more to rectify it! What in the world is this?If someone would please get in touch with me,I’d appreciate it.i just applied my latest box and it’s terrible.the roots and ends don’t color match at all. It’s awful. gold colorDid not get complete coverage, for some reason I am still getting the gold color streak, not a lot like the time before but still have one. After one washing I have a lot of gold color. Would there be anything you can do to help this. I do not have any redish hair but i am getting a redish gold color.
