Loved the 2nd round eSalon made for me as far as color. Can't get past the fumes though. And the shine did not seem to last past 3. I use quality shampoo.

I love it. Unfortunately i get a red tint with any hair color. I was hoping for a miracle. It's much better but still a slight red tint

I don't get the coverage of my stubborn grey hair that I had hoped for, but overall the pluses of this product outweigh that one minus!

Great color

I am 65, have been coloring my hair since I was 16. This color doesn't fade, is easy to apply, better than any drug store products. I wish there was a way I could get 25% more product with each application. I have thick hair, and run out of product half way thru the back of my head.

Holds the color better and covers the grey better than the drugstore box. It also does not lighten out as fast.

FROM MY VERY FIRST TREATMENT TO MY MOST RECENT ONE TO DATE MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN OUTSTANDING. ESALON ASKS ME EACH TIME BEFORE SHIPPING IF I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE CHANGES, THEN THEY LET ME KNOW WHEN MY ORDER SHOULD ARRIVE, ALWAYS SPOT ON, SECURE PACKAGING WITH ALL THE SIMPLE SUPPLIES INCLUDED. I RECEIVE MANY COMPLIMENTS SINCE USING ESALON AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, I LOVE MY HAIR. I do love the quality of your hair dye. What's frustrating is that you don't send what we order! The color always comes out too dark! My medium brown comes out like black.

I love the color but with some of my hair turning white, it seems even harsher with dryness than other salon products. I am constantly compensating.
