Esalon updateI am delighted to leave a review to help other customers know my experience with Esalon, as like others I was very nervous putting on a new unknown Permanent product on my hair, so it’s is with great delight that it went Very well the root and grey coverage to the blend in down to the ends, I couldnt be more happy it’s perfect. My customer color (sad face 😦)Well I asked for light ash Blonde with a hint of purple tint to it. In fact I even sent a note way before my hair color was shipped just to stress the purple tint. I got medium ash blonde with not even a hint of purple. I was very disappointed and sent two messages back to my colorist and I received no reply.
