My hair,ColorI'm not sure yet. I'm going to wait I'm due to have surgery in a couple of weeks. So I want to wait. But as soon as I can I will get my neighbor to put it in for me. It has completely faded back to my original color within a week!When I first did the color on January 11th, I was thrilled with the results. I followed the directions to a tee. The color was just as described. Not even 3 days later I noticed it was getting much lighter. I used the red enhancing shampoo in the shower that day and it was a litter better but not like day 1. Today is day 8 and the only color that is in my hair is on the roots. The rest is completed gone. I used a high end color shampoo and conditioner whenever I wash my hair. With all my other colors I usually went 6 to 8 weeks in between coloring. This one I'd have to do it every week. Sorry but I won't be using this again. AWFULThis was one of the worst hair dyes I've ever used. The smell was almost toxic when I was using it, the color came out way darker than the picture, and my hair is now red tinged after using ASH BROWN??? I will never buy again. 1 de 1 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Not impressedI was excited to get their custom color mix, instructions say to out on the roots first and those are red not brown.. after almost 3 weeks color still stains my towels.. Brassy HairHair turned brassy orange. Called Customer Service and color was adjusted. In December I put the adjusted color on my hair. Again hair more brassy than the first time. Called Customer Service again. In the time that’s passed I decided I will go to my hairdresser that I’ve used for years to correct the brassiness. Not so good.I colored my hair yesterday,and had a lot of hair fall out in the shower as well as when I combed it out,just kept falling out.Spoke to customer service today and was told it was because I have been coloring my hair for a while?? I never have had this happen to me ever before. So I totally disagree with whom ever I spoke with.Infact my hair never felt like it did when I rinsed it out.Didn't feel like my hair at all.Pretty sure it burnt or desolved my hair.WAY TO HARSH!!!
