was not able to download instructions.. expectations were shortcoming again. no luster or shine,after giving E Salon a go, I'll be going back to L'Oreal although I give eSalon an A+5☆☆☆☆☆ for concept.

Last month was my first time trying e salon I was so very happy The instructions were very easy, and the color was wonderful. I have even received a few random compliments.

I followed the instructions and it put my hair back where I wanted and looks great. Will tweak the color next time now that we are back on track. It definitely is the color we envisioned when ordering. Great job.

This turned out better than I'd ever hoped! The color is just perfect, not too red, just a hint of aubergine. I love it! I really appreciated the quality hair clips and extra pair of gloves....great kit and super easy. This was my first time coloring my hair and I'm super happy with it. Thank you!!!! Great product!!
