Customer service SUCKS!!!Ordered my colour. Was emailed asking specific questions which I answered. I told the colourist twice I wanted to go lighter blonde and I was still sent a colour darker than even my natural colour. I asked for a refund and received a standard copy and pasted "please call us" I don't want to have to take time out of my day more than I already have to contact people that don't listen in the first place. I asked for a refund and that's when the communication stopped. I have not received a refund nor have I had any further correspondence. First time ... WonderfulI was nervous but with the videos and with how it was packaged. My hair came out even better then when I went to my stylist for 10 yrs. My scalp isn't burning and I am not sitting for over 45 min. while my stylist is taking care of another person. When I started my hair had highlights. Customization and great systemI love the customization of the personal stylist... and they listen! I ask for some tweaks to my formula and it always works out so well. This is one of the huge advantages over 'box color'. The instructions and all of the little extras (2 pairs of gloves, stain remover, protector, shampoo and conditioner) also make the whole process easier and everything you can need is right there.
