Quite impressedReally lovely outcome - hair felt soft and full and colour was gorgeous! Think perhaps the intensity of colour does not last quite as long as my previous product (and it's not down to shampoo because I use only organic shampoo and conditioner). 2nd adjusmentThis is my second adjustment since I have been using esalon. The first time they lightened it for me which looked great. But as I get more gray hair, I felt I needed to change my color again. The esalon team managed to take my " just a little richer, with a little reddish brown and some gold" all very subjective things, and mix up a color for me that is exactly what I wanted....
