Doesn't cover my graysI have applied this every which way I can and it has never covered my gray hair. I gave it many tries and each time it doesn't cover my gray hair completely and the ones it does cover start to wash out in a week. Waxy residue!I like the colour but at the rinsing stage there seemed to be a thick layer of soft waxy residue on my scalp.I washed my hair 3 times before it seemed clear. After leaving my hair to dry naturally I now have a greasy/waxy residue over the back half of my head, starting a couple of inches from the scalp all the way to my ends. I will obviously need to wash my hair again at least once. Love it!!I've only used this product once (2nd use coming up soon), and I love the color Brittany S. made for me! She suggested a lighter color than I asked for due to my skin tones and age, and I really love it. (Great suggestion, Brittany!) My hair was very heavily "salt & pepper", and my new hair color turned out gorgeous - not a solid, "flat" color!!
