First time coloring 😮My first time to ever color my hair was an epic failure! 😢 Im a burnette & wanted to be an Auburn but after using what my personal colorist mixed for me there was NO CHANGE 😡 Just my greys were a little red but quickly washed away. Why didnt my colorist advise me the red wouldnt show? Why not TELL ME what i need to go to Auburn or Redhead? Does anyone know how to go from brown to red and actually see it?! Fantastic.OMG this is fantastic. Last night I did bottle #1, and this morning I did bottle #2. (Meaning I didn't follow the instructions meticulously - and my copy got wet and useless). I slept with bottle one rinsed out and I did bottle 2 this morning. And I did skip step 3 (warm water mixed with leftover color massage into hair 2-3 minutes)...sorry, gals. AmazingHaving seen this advertised in a glossy magazine I thought I'd give it a look . After filling in the questionnaire and then explaining what colour I would like to achieve my colourist Paul contacted me the same day asking for a photo of my current colour . My hair is very fine , blonde with ashy undertones and a good amount of grey at the front and sides . Paul mixed up my colour which was roots then rinse through then I was sent an email saying it was shipped . The box arrived 2 weeks later ....inside was the cute bottle of colour , developer and gloves . Also included were a sachets of shampoo , conditioner, colour remover and stain guard oh and a brush for application. I followed the instructions to the letter has never home coloured my hair before it's always at a salon which costs 90 pounds ever 6 weeks . After a 35 minute wait after application I was left with shiny , ash blonde , multi tonal hair. All grey was banished 😀 Infact I have contacted Paul to ask for a small tweak on the ash and that's it . Perfect one happy customer i wish I'd tried the service earlier .
