Esalon updateI am delighted to leave a review to help other customers know my experience with Esalon, as like others I was very nervous putting on a new unknown Permanent product on my hair, so it’s is with great delight that it went Very well the root and grey coverage to the blend in down to the ends, I couldnt be more happy it’s perfect. Winter WizardryExactly the wintertime medium chocolate-y brown I was aiming for. Not too light, not too dark, not too warm - Just right; Love the richness, love the shade, love the tone. Special thanks to Samantha for the consultation & experienced recommendations (e.g. going only a half shade darker,etc.), and for getting the package to me in time for my party ;~) You went above & beyond. My customer color (sad face 😦)Well I asked for light ash Blonde with a hint of purple tint to it. In fact I even sent a note way before my hair color was shipped just to stress the purple tint. I got medium ash blonde with not even a hint of purple. I was very disappointed and sent two messages back to my colorist and I received no reply.
