Love this product!Tried esalon on a whim because I just couldn't find the exact color I was looking for. My work has very strict guidelines on hair color and it has to be JUST RIGHT. My first order, I fell in love, but it was the orders after that where I truly became a convert. I asked for small tweaks to my color and they were awesome, getting it to the point where I actually said, "it's PERFECT!" after my last color. Don't get me wrong, it was great the first time, but great wasn't good enough for esalon. I also love that they give you TWO pairs of gloves so you can take off the dirty ones while you wait for the color to set. Nice so far...Very natural color doesn't fade for me, I stick to doing roots and it matches my hair , Grey's are well covered, so much easier I used to mix two different colors and I'd always have to go to the store and sometimes I would be out of one and not the other or etcetera etcetera now I get it through the mail it matches so far my hair is in good shape the more I use it I will see if it continues to be as nice as it seems if so very satisfied I am now buying my girlfriend one for her hair color which is opposite color of mine and hopefully it will do well for her she has a problem with fading she doesn't always use the best of shampoos and she likes to keep the color for some reason Hurst fades no matter what she uses I believe it's because she has natural read that tries to breakthrough which looks very pretty but she likes it just a dark so we shall see I am satisfied definitely 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Really Lasts!I have been coloring my hair for a long time. Used to be for fun, now it is for fun and to cover the gray popping out here and there. I thought the coloring process with this was a little more intense than what I was used to from drug store brands (the chemicals made my eyes burn a little and it was super hard to rinse out completely). Although, I also have really long thick hair so that may have contributed to the difficulty rinsing it out. However, it was totally worth a little extra time in the shower. The color is great, really natural (especially for a red shade) and it has lasted better than anything I have ever used. I was surprised when I got an email that they were shipping the next order because my hair still looks great. Usually by this point with the other brands I've used, I am thinking "ugh time to color" every morning. Not with this.
