This was the worst experience I have ever had in hair careWish I could have my regular color back......instead my hair is a bright awful orange and will need to seek professional help to get is partly normal. To much redThe color I HV received from esalon hasn't matched my original haircolor ever since I placed my first order. I'm still trying to get back to it.With the help of the amazing e-Salon team of colorists they HV given me the fantastic grey coverage I've grown to depend on and a beautiful over all color that I am very happy with. Amazing colorI have always had hard to color gray hair at the roots. It's has been hard to find a hair color that I didn't have to Recolor every 4 weeks. Super HappyI ordered it on Monday and I had the product by Wed so the extra $2 for fast delivery is definitely worth it. I really loved this product. I got exactly what I ordered in terms of color. I followed the directions to a T There was no weird color smell. My hair did feel gummy after rinsing the product out but once I used the shampoo and conditioner that came with the package that feeling went away. I think people complaining about that may have used their own shampoo. It covered my grays really good too which doesn't always happen with box color.
