One issue onlyThe color is great I really like it. The problem is with the gray coverage being slightly too red. We kept it on for a great amount of time before applying to the remainder of hair and it was too red. loved it - now how to maintain it?I colored it October 8th and it's been looking great but now (10/29) starting to fade and a few grays (not a lot) poking out...not a root issue...just a little dull and my stubborn grays emerging. I ordered my 1st color for $10 and was THRILLED with the ease of it. In SeptembIn September, my color was due to be shipped (dark brown) and I changed it to LIGHT BROWN. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED LIGHT BROWN COLOR AS OF 11/1/17.....my last color was 6/17. My hair is seriously graying!!!!!! Why have I NOT received my LIGHT BROWN COLOR YET??? I have been charged for it and it was paid for, just have NOT received it yet. At this point, I will give you a few more days to make amends WITHOUT CHARGING MY ACCOUNT. Finally got the red I have always wanted!For years, I have wanted to dye my hair red without it looking too artificial and bright against my cool porcelain skin. I have had my hair dyed a few times, each being more of a disappointment than before as the hair stylist colored my hair what they (been to multiple) thought was best for me instead of listening to the customer. After paying $190.00 for a color and cut job that was not at all like I had wanted and tired of dealing with very opinionated hair stylists, I decided to dye my own hair after seeing an ad on Facebook for ESalon. I cannot be any happier with my hair color! For once in my life, I actually got a hair color that I love and it looks natural against my very pale complexion. I am very glad that the colorists on ESalon actually listen to their customers and strive to make them happy. eSalon Black Hair MistakeCannot fathom how eSalon sent me BLACK hair color in error. Their mistake has caused me to be forced to either let my hair grow out or cut off all my hair. Notified them and they credited my account and resent Dark Brown Hair color WITHOUT telling me it wouldn’t work on black hair!!!!! Totally inconceivable and depressed. I never requested black color and even if I did, they had pictures of my existing color and if they had read my profile, they would have questioned my choice of black!!!! Now I walk around with fair skin, light green eye color and JET BLACK HAIR. I called them and finally talked to someone who admitted their mistake yet acted unsympathetic in telling me to either have it professionally stripped and recolored or to allow it to grow out.
