Like color, but feeling sticky!So I've applied color (with a brush), followed the instructions to the letter, washed and conditioned- and I'm a STICKY MESS. I can't even run a comb through my tangled mess of hair. Now, from what I can see in the spots that are not matted down, the color seems to be exactly what I asked for. Unfortunately though, I don't think I'll be ordering from eSalon again, as I will be spending my Saturday night trying to figure out how to return my hair to a normal texture. *update: after googling solutions (there were many posted, as this apparently happens more often than I thought) olive oil ended up being my saving grace!! Great gray coverage but...The color covered gray hair very well but 1 bottle of color, shampoo and conditioner not enough for hair length. Hair shiny and soft but there was no evidence of the purple color I selected. very satisfiedI was impressed by the package and the customized stuff. The color seemed too light at first, but when I finished the whole process, it was just perfect. There was no difference whatsoever from my natural color (this was precisely the effect I wanted) and the fresh glow was wonderful. Both the glow and the color lasted sooo long.
