Great color but a little too thick!Not a deal breaker because I love the lasting color and the beautiful custom packaging but really I spend a lot of time in the shower to get the color out and be able to see my scalp! Color changeThe first time I ordered the color was definetly not a match. They sent me a replacement for free plus an additional bottle of color. This color was a better match. Perfect color and coverageI am so pleased with eSalon. I have tried so many at home hair dye, and the color is either not what you want, hard to cover grays, color doesn't last as long as it claims. Hair feels brittle and damaged. I used to have to color every 4 weeks almost. And just never happy with outcome. I tried eSalon for the first time and i could not believe the outcome! The color was exactly what i wanted, it has lasted over 6 weeks now, it covered all my hair. The best part was my hair felt healthy after, not dry. And there was no lingering odor from the dye. GreasySo this is my 3rd time coloring with Esalon, the color was better this time, not too dark but I’ve noticed that the last time and this time the products have made my hair extremely greasy. Great product. Dislike the new color bottleI love your product. Have used it for about 2 years now. You recently changed the bottle that the color concentrate ships in. It is very hard to open. There is no hand grips on the bottle lid and no barrier between the concentrate and the lid. This allows for the concentrate to leak out some and seals the lid on tighter. However, it also makes it almost impossible to get off. The last two times I have received my order. My husband has had to use pliers to open the bottle for me. This has caused the lid to break. He now knows to be careful not to spill any so as not to stain things. The old bottle at least had a barrier to help prevent the solution from leaking out.
