Disappointed....This is the third time I've colored my hair with the eSalon product and I still am not even close to the color I wanted. I've always had blonde hair whether it be natural, highlighted, or colored. However, the color from eSalon is more red than blonde. They say they've adjusted the color for me each time but it turns out the same each time. I like the product because it is easy to do but I'm very frustrated that I cannot get the color I want.
