To dark second time around.I loved the color prepared for me at 1st. The second time I didn't receive the second bottle of color and the color came out way to dark. So disappointed!Im so disappointed in my hair color this shipment. I received one bottle of developer and one bottle of color, expecting it to be the same color as the last shipment I followed the directions accordingly. I now have a weird ombré color: darker roots & my ends did not take any color whatsoever. Very impressedEasy to use with clear instructions. Most impressive is the fact that it covered all my grey hairs and hasn’t faded over time something the off the shelf dyes didn’t do.
