Love!I'll never go back to box dye or a hairdresser when I can dye my own hair hassle free! I love the fact that I can adjust the colour anytime I want and can add or remove things from my order. Easy to do, but may need changes for next timeThis was easy to do, and relatively quick and thorough. The instructions were great. I would recommend setting up everything ahead of time so you don't try to open bottles with gloves on. I definitely need multiple stain remover packets because the color got everywhere in my bathroom quickly and I didn't have enough cloths to clean my face after. Also, I thought the color was good, but maybe a bit too intense on the mahogany than I wanted.
