Perfect Again!The first time I ordered from ESalon I was a little uncomfortable with the color I chose, but I couldn't find one I liked better. my personal stylist emailed me that they had chosen a different color, one they felt would suit me better (because of the picture I sent them of myself.) My Custom Hair ColorWow, it feels good to use a product formulated "just for me." I know it takes some fine-tuning at the start, but the effort as well as presentation and product quality are to be greatly lauded! I like the shampoo you send for color treated hair; could you send an extra one?I am sorry, but I have decided not to use esalon hair color on my hair anymore. The reason is because it is drying out my hair and I have to condition it more often than I did when using different semi-permanent hair color. Dull RootsUnfortunately, my root color seem lackluster in comparison to the color provided for my ends. The ends had a wonderful coppery reddish brown hue, while my roots had little copper red tones.
