Last step is hard...I really like my color, and the color specialists are GREAT to work with, but the last step of mixing the water in with the color and then rubbing it in for a couple minutes it really MESSY. I DID A BIG CUTYES I DID I CUT ALL MY HAIR OFF JUST TO SEE HAVE LONG IT WOULD LAST WITH SHORT HAIR AND I LOVE IT NOW WAIT FOR THE NEXT ORDER IT WAS SO EASY TO DO AND FOR ME 20MIM WAS MY TIME I THINK CAUSE MY HAIR IS SHORT I COULD SEE THE COLOR CHANGE BEFOR I GOT TO MY 2 PRAT OF MY HAIR SO THAT A PLUS FOE ME WASH OUT WAS DIFFER THEM ALL THE OTHER HAIR COLOR I USE SO THANK YOU 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Love the ColorThe color is great and it's easy to apply. But you need to include THREE pairs of gloves. I use one pair for the first application that I have to wait 15 minutes for. Then I use the 2nd pair for the 2nd application that I have to wait 10 minutes for. Then I'm out of gloves and have no more to use when I go in to the shower to apply the leftover color to my hair. It's ridiculous to think that somebody is going to sit around for 15 minutes and do nothing but wait with gloves on so they can proceed. New formula wateryNot sure what was changed, but when the packaging changed, appears the formulation changed too. It is too watery now and drips down my head. Love the product, but...I love the product and have been very satisfied with the color. However, recently I’ve been receiving shipments that are always missing something. Although they’re small items, it’s still so disappointing to open the box up and not have everything I need.
