I like it a lotI like that there is more color mixture so there's plenty to do even a long hair style. It covered my gray very well. I'm waiting to see how it lasts. I wish there were a shower cap in the package to cover your hair while processing. They include an application brush and I don't see the point in that. If someone wants that they would have a bowl and brush. Good to adjust!My colour had been gaining different tones and behaviours during the recent hot Spring and Summer here in the UK so adjusting my custom hair colour to take into consideration the influence of sun and sea was a very positive decision. I feel the team listened to what I was attempting to portray in an email as to my worries and dislike of the current colour and sent me the most fabulous adjustments in August; unfortunately I did not use until recently as I wanted to avoid colouring in the extreme heat we have been having and to give my hair a 'rest'. The brassy look has all but disappeared, my grey never really disappears but with the new colour it has 'toned' in to a better effect, making my hair look 'natural' and my accepting the aging process with grace! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
