Love ESalonLove the color. Over the course of 2 years I’ve had 4 different formulas trying to find the perfect fit. I’ve figured out I have one I love for summer and slightly darker shade for fall and winter. It would be nice if I could personalize my color with a nickname so I didn’t have to guess which one is which. Unfortunately, on my last order the hole on the bottle of developer was so small I couldn’t get anything out. I had to cut the tip off to apply. I haven’t experienced that before. Side note. The new dusty pink shampoo and conditioner packaging is NOT getting a thumbs up from me. It reminds me of something you would get at a cheap hotel. Natural looking. Stubborn greys a problem.Been using eSalon color and will never go back to department store color. Been having issues with stubborn greys showing up 2 weeks after coloring. Last month again. had to use 1 full can of grey away to cover greys around hairline (temple areas top of hairline). End of 3rd week and through 4th week for color fading as well.
