Good, but could be better.I like the color. I love the presentation and the step by step directions. The color dries my hair out though. I’ve tried ultra conditioning it, but it hasn’t helped. Unfortunately I may have to give up on esalon. The shade it's a little too dark.I love everything about it. Except. I wish this set came with more shampoo and conditioner. Also the shade is a little darker than the sample. The best coloreSalon listened to what I asked for and even asked some follow-up questions before making my color. The color is beautiful. Unfortunately, I can no longer use this product due to an ammonia allergy.
