Hair color looks naturalThe last two times I have colored my hair, I have timed it to get my hair cut right afterwards. The last time, the lady asked me how much darker red it was when I was little. This time, a different lady started telling me stories about when she had that pretty caramel colored hair and how it was a much darker color when she was little but had faded so much that someone called her dirty blonde just recently so she colored her hair for the first time ever. Hair colorLove how the hair color applys and also covers my grays beautifully. The only strange process is when I am ready to wash it out it stiffens and changes its texture. Very difficult to wash out of hair and scalp. Need to wash out several times with shampoo and use brisk to hard pressure on scalp. WAY too darkI rinsed out color after half the time and it is s very dark brown. Since the last few times had too much gold, next time let's try Light Brown. I have always used Loteal Med Golden Brown in the past and it was a perfect color. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Great color, doesn't cover grayI love color and the way the product makes my hair feel, but I'll probably need to be canceling my subscription. The color doesn't cover stubborn gray on my hairline in particular and when I complained about it I was told to darken the color. Well, I don't want a darker color, just something to cover the gray as I used to be able to do with Wella or with my stylist. Wish this had worked out and that the answer to my question was something better than change your color to cover gray! My package never cameOkay it's on the 5th day asking United state post office to delivery my item. They keep giving me confirmation for redelivery still not here!! I was patience but now getting super frustrated. I want to order volume shampoo and conditioner but I'm have problems getting this hair dye. Been on hold for 20 mins now.
