Great value for moneyI love that product arrives when I want it in the post. The package/ instructions are great. The color is great but makes me look pale.. this is more my problem than the product. This product changed my mind!I have been coloring my hair at home for a long, long time (buying the product at a local beauty supply store) and once a year I get it professionally done to "fix" anything I have been messing up. I have naturally dark brown hair that I have been coloring red tones for over 20 years and was about to just let it go all gray, but chickened out. I saw this product advertised on Facebook and decided to give it a try. Sent pictures of my hair color thinking there is no way they will match it (I have a bunch of colors in my hair). Received the package and was delighted at the packaging and instructions. I followed the instructions and while there were more steps than my usual just slap the color on my roots and be done with it (they sent me color for the ends also, and the putting the remainder on in the shower was something I had never done before), my hair came out beautiful! It is shiny, no damage (well, except to the shower where I had to clean off all the color that got on the shower curtain while massaging my scalp for 2-3 minutes), various tones not just one color, and the roots are better than I have ever had them even with a professional doing them! I don't know how they do it, but they worked their magic and I am one happy camper! The gray hair can wait a bit longer, I am loving this color too much right now. Thank you! One Con: The product stains your face more than the usual hair color does. They send a stain guard to put on, but I did not use it (next time I will!) since I never had a problem before with getting the color off my face with acetone (yes, I said nail polish remover). The way I look at it is, if it isn't coming off your face quickly, then it will stay on your hair longer, so worth the effort of getting the stain off in my opinion. 26 of 26 people found this review helpful. Lovely smelling product and good colour but fades very quicklyI have used this product several times now, and although the colour is lovely and smells great, it fades incredibly quickly. My roots start to show again in about 10 days and for the rest of the month I look like I have untidy hair. Fading in the rest of my hair shows quite reddish undertone which doesn't really go with the professional look I am trying to maintain. I am contemplating on cancelling my subscription as this is expensive and doesn't provide as good a cover as my previous supermarket brand did for a fraction of the price. Edit: After colour adjustment I have a lovely new shade, and also tried to highlight kit which is marvellous! Not the sameI’ve been using the same color for about 1.5 years and have been very pleased with the results. The last order I received and applied in November seemed to wash out at the roots within a week. I have dark hair and a few grays that are noticeable at the top roots. Not sure why the color didn’t stick around this time around, as I applied the same as in the past.
