This is the greatest thing ever!I have always been on top of my hair color (even more so now that the silvers show up a lot faster). I actually found out about this place from Pinterest and because I was spending 25.00ish for hair color at ULTA anyways, I decided to give it a whirl. The colors are so vibrant...and they fade but it takes a lot longer it seems. I even skipped my esalon color and went with the Madison Reed color that I had purchased before I found out esalon AND THERE WAS A DISTINCT DIFFERENCE in the texture of my hair after coloring and the color itself. I found myself coloring my hair three weeks later because of that. I also wanted to see how easy it was to adjust my color (I did this with my last order) and really just to change things up a bit. I got the email saying that my order was about to ship and I had 'X' number of days to modify my color. I didn't have to log into the website! I was able to reply to the email which made things even more convenient and although I have yet to color my hair with my adjusted color, I was impressed.
