No issues at allThe biggest thing I was hoping for was something that lasted a bit longer than my normal 2 weeks. I am 3 weeks out now and just starting to show root, but nothing that makes me hate to leave the house. While the smell was a bit stronger than what I normally buy, it have bought product that was just as strong. It didn't make my hair feel any different than it normally does. It was a good all around experience. My only wish is that it was a little more reasonably priced. I get why it isn't but it would be great if it was. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. i loved the colorgreat color but didn't last long and faded a little to quick. I know reds tend to fade quicker and I was swimming shortly after coloring so that may have something to do with it. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Nice productI liked the product but it was a little bit too dark and it seems like there are reddish highlights, which I don't care for. great product and servicethis was my first time ordering from esalon. i didnt think my experience would be as good as it was. when i took their color recommendation survey. i wasnt thrilled about the color it had chosen for me. i decided to upload a picture and added a few comments of the sort of color i was looking for. i did not expect anything to come of it but to my surprise someone actually contacted me. i couldn't believe it, they had said after reviewing my profile they thought the color selected would be too dark and asked if they could adjust the color to be more flattering to my skin tone. i agreed and was super nervous. i took the plunge and colored my hair according to the directions i was sent with the product. my "stylist" did a fantastic job with the color choice. it was perfect. looking forward to my next shipment! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Way to dark, weird formulaMy hair color was almost black and the gray coverage wasn't good. I didn't like the formula at all. When I went to rinse my color out my hair gooped into an oily ball and I had to shampoo 3 times just to get the oilyness out and most of the color. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Nice color, too bad it didn't last...I was very happy with the results of my color and also with everything that came with the kit. The main reason why I tried eSalon Color was in hopes of having better results covering my grays. It covered them initially, but within about 10 days, the grays were showing again. They weren't showing at the roots in new growth, it was like the color faded from the gray hair throughout my hair. For someone who doesn't need gray coverage, this color would be great. Not For MeOkay, I tried the product. The color was, I have to admit, fabulous. HOWEVER, when I wash my hair, it feels funky. It feels like there is cake-y type of goo on it. It's never been that way. I have fine, straight hair. It's still like this. I am going to have to go to a professional and have them take the color out, which I am hesitant to do because I don't want to cause any more damage to it.
