I have been with esalon for a few years. I love the ease of dying my own hair whenever I please. I have had nothing, but positive experiences with esalon's and their hair dye line, and hair shine products. The company has one of the best customer services. Hairstylist have always been helpful with my hair tweaking color needs. The company's ordering system is user friendly. You will love esalon, I certainly do!

First time was a success!

I was really scared to try this, but it turned out awesome! The color is amazing. I'm curious to see how long it will stay looking good. I missed a couple of spots at the very important gray root area, but I'll be ready next time. I love the color I chose. Perfect.

A small adjustment was all it needed

This is my 3rd order. The first I placed was too dark. A small adjustment was made, and now my color is dialed in to my natural color, covering the grey. Delivery is convenient. Thanks

The fumes are stronger than other products I have used. But I am very happy with the color and I transitioned from professionally done salon color.

I rate it 4 instead of 5 stars because i notice the color is not staying on too long, within 3 weeks it becomes reddish.

Love the color! I collect complements and natural gingers think I'm one of them. Hate the formula. It's very oily. Even after washing it twice, it sticks together, gummy with gunk and gross for about a week. Last time I used the color, I had to get a professional blowout to clean up the residue, negating the value of this product.
