Just perfectThe color came out just perfect. No brassy/coppery overtones as I continued washing my hair. I really like it and so did other people! Please send the same formula for my July order. Thank you so much for listening and hearing what I had to say. The saying I've heard is "I'm a beautician not a magician". But you are truly a magician. Absolutely AmazingDanielle, thank you for your recommendation based on info I submitted. I love, love, love my color. Did I say I love my color. Hair color reviewHi there..I finally tried the personalized color you sent me...& it came out as I expected. I want irridescant violet mahogany. The color looked great as it processed.a little messy to apply as was more liquid than I'm use to. Anyway...in the end...the root coverage is a dark auburn & the rest of my hair is pitch black. I wanted to love it, but...I have to say the customer service was top notch! My first color was really off (I think I ordered wrong color for me) and the rep readily sent me a new color free of charge. Again, not right and did not cover my nearly all white roots. DisappointedThe 1st two orders were great! The color was good, shipping was on time. The instructions were clear except what to do with the additional product. Then I received my 3rd order, did exactly as the 1st two times, but when I went to rinse it out it turned into a very thick waxy feeling substance. I washed and scrubbed twice with no luck getting the goo out of my hair. I was stressed and was on the verge of being late for work. I call Customer Care and explain the situation, she said that doesn't happen often, but it does happen. She instructed me to go buy some clarifying shampoo. When I asked why this happened, she said possibly adding too much or not enough water to hair to work it into a lather before rinsing out completely. I ended up shampooing 6 times before getting the gunk out of my hair! I ultimately decided to give it one more try. This time was nearly identical to the last. So, I cancelled my subscription, I do not want to spend that much time shampooing. 1 of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

To avoid this in the future, we recommend covering your forehead with the free stain guard packet provided in each kit and applying the color with the free Color Tint Brush for better control.
