HorribleThis was the worst product I have used to date (including box color from the store). The 2 separate colors did exactly that, left the top of my head 1 color and the length a different color. I knew it didn't sound right, but stupidly followed the instructions anyway. It was so noticeable that people asked me if it was supoosed to look like that. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Nice idea, difficulty getting right color, and 100% color happines guaranteed noI love the concept, but I have tried to get the right color 4 times without success. My natural hair tends to go orange or red when colored and I have wanted to get a natural neutral brown for my roots, to cover some gray areas, and always get a color that shines red or orange in the light. The first replacement was sent without a charge, but I have been charged for orders 3 and 4, and have not yet been successful at reaching the desired color. I have been told by a rep over the phone that I should go to a hair salon because they cannot achieve the color I want. Great SystemThe directions were super easy to follow and even though I had my sister do the actual process, I probably could have figured it out myself. Originally had issues with the color but adjusting it was so easy and the stylists were very quick and helpful in their responses. Definitely will keep using this system.
