GoodThe color was good. It colored all of my hair, which is saying a lot because I have really long hair and usually have to buy 2 boxes of store bought color. Custom ColorThe custom color was pretty spot on but bright in the beginning. The color application was challenging to do myself. Color is Great, Lots of wasteEsalon has definitely given me exactly what color I want each time. I have had some horrendous experiences (even in salons). They have been very receptive to my change requests as well. It always looks totally natural and I get tons of compliments. The only reason I didn't give this product 5 stars is the amount of plastic waste I have at the end. It comes in a box and inside the box are more boxes, bags and molded plastic for each product.
