Totally covered my graysI have periodically had my hair professionally colored. I have random, scattered grays that were very hard to cover. Usually after getting my expensive color treatment at a salon I would come home and find some of the random strands of gray were still there taunting me. This is the first time that I have ever colored my hair where there was not a single gray hair to be found when I was done. The directions were easy to follow and I am thrilled with the color, which matches my natural color perfectly. I'm now a believer and will be continuing with autoship. I also love the Sleek Dreams Smoothing Balm to tame my frizzy hair. I have just ordered the shampoo and conditioner to go with it as well. Just not the color I wantedI love this company You can talk to them if there's a problem they do respond quickly the only problem was the color I was so excited, I thought I explained what I wanted .But it just turned into darker Brown than my hair was I lost all my red highlights I was looking for a lighter color .I was so upset. But The company and the other products of received are great the conditioner I use excellent the dye used was even excellence it just wasn't the color I still get complimented on my hair even though it's not the color I was really excited though hoping that maybe This would work but I'm hoping maybe the next one will 1 of 2 people found this review helpful.
