Too darkLove the concept of having bespoke hair colour delivered regularly. However the colour I received was very dark. I was expecting a warm medium brown but the colour was a dark brown, because the roots were so much darker than my hair I had to work the colour through the rest of my hair. Best Customer Service + Color!I was a bit apprehensive to get a hair color online; how could I make sure that the color was really right for me? But I decided to try eSalon out, and boy, I'm so glad I did. After filling out what I wanted in my color, I got a message saying that color would be to dark for me, so my colorist, Courtney F., changed it to a lighter shade. When I got my color in the mail, I was so excited; I wanted to do my hair right then and there! When I finally colored my hair, I was so pleased! My hair looked like I went to a professional salon- the only indicator that I didn't was the dye I got on my neck (oops). Not only is this a high-end product, the customer service is amazing!
