Spot on shadeI’ve been using kits from the High Street but have struggled to match my shade of red. For the first couple of weeks the colour was really harsh and dark with an artificial pink hue I didn’t suit. Hated the colorDid not like the color at all. Like, counting down the days until it's safe to re-color with something better. Didn't cancel my next order in time so I got a second order. I followed the return instructions listed on the website and then.....nothing. I guess that's $35 I'll never see again. Completely different color than anticipatedI’m quite upset that the color my hair actually turned out to be is no where near what it should be. I naturally have medium dark brown hair and I wanted to go to a dark blond but instead it turned out copper. Thankfully it is not bad enough that I have to run to a salon and spend hundreds of dollars to fix it but I really do not care for the results at all. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
