I followed the instructions and left the color on my roots for 30 minutes but my roots are slightly lighter than the rest of my hair. Maybe leave on longer?

Color Was Not Exactly Right

The medium Ash Blonde was a little too dark and had way too much red in it. I wanted enough toner included so my results were more ashier than red or golden.

The color was very good and lasting. I made the mistake of picking the color a little to dark. I recommended this company to a few of my friends.

This was my first purchase through Esalon. The product is good and easy to use instructions but the overall colour finish is lighter than a dark brown with mahogany red. The end colour is redder than I thought the finish would be.

Easy to use, great color, have problem covering very resistant greys, but it's the only complaint. I do like the sticker to hold up instructions, that is a help.

i liked the production and every thing that came with it i just didn't like the color i wanted a more rich violet red and it had brown in it so.... packing was great got here fast just didnt like the color at all...
