good productI just spoke to customer service representative Hanna telling her that my color choice is now a bit dark for me as I am approaching 70 years old. I would like to go a few shades lighter. I am going to cut my hair shorter until it is my natural color, send a picture, and come up with a shade that is more natural looking.
