Perfect ColorI was so impressed when my first eSalon coloring package arrived. Beautifully packaged. Personalized with your name on the explicit instructions. The color was absolutely perfect. It's just what I wanted. I cannot believe how healthy and vibrant my hair looks. I am so happy I gave this a shot and you should as well. The questions they ask when you first sign up are to help the colorist develop the perfect color for you. They have it down to a science. So delighted. I will always use eSalon. Extremely disappointed and upset by this product.While I initially had great expectations for this product, I was extremely disappointed. I've been dying my hair on and off for about three years and I decide to try eSalon because I thought it would last longer than drugstore brands and be cheaper than the salon. I was SEVERELY disappointed for two reasons. First off, the hair dye is next to impossible to wash off. It took me one wash with the provided shampoo and four washes with my own shampoo and my hair was still left with waxy black gunk all over it, to the point where it wouldn't even dry. Secondly, the product caused my hair to fall out in clumps and thin like never before. It should be noted that I dyed my hair darker and have NEVER experienced hair thinning or loss from dyeing my hair or any other reason. Upon reading other reviews online after my experience, I found that many other women experienced hair thinning and loss. This product is falsely advertised and I am extremely saddened that my once thick hair is now damaged and thin at the age of 19.
