Wooo hooo this stuff is great !!I have been a consumer of this fabulous product since 2015. My hair is healthy and the color rich and natural. The packaging is well thought out and everything you need to be successful at home hair coloring is there for you. Your colorist will work with you to achieve your best look. I have recently tried the newest product the home hair high lightening.....Video shows you how to do it..easy easy easy..and voila...you have an enhanced sunny look. Quality Product, Affordable Price, Professional Service!I love this company! It is a quarter of the price I was paying at the salon and the colorists do a beautiful job giving you the color you ask for. I am pleased with the outcome... in additionHowever, I have long very thick hair and the back length is already fading after 2 shampoo's. Today I used the tinted love and the tub, shower curtain and shower stall were stained. I had sent an e-mail earlier stating I cannot use less that 6-8 oz. or I don't get proper coverage. It's been a week. I'll see how it goes next week. I do love the color, though. It is close to my natural. You can see from the first photo that my hair fades out to a mousey gray/blonde with no life. Also, I should add that I am very fair skinned... I had a great deal of staining, mostly around sideburn area and forehead. I am in week three since I colored and my hair is still shiny... Way too darkYou sent a dark color that ruined my hair! I had it professionally stripped and lightened per your instructions, costing $200. All i wanted to do was cover grey and roots. This is way darker than it should have been and it leached into anything that was light! It now looks like shit and i am going to have to pay $200 AGAIN to get it fixed! I followed the instructions to a t but you did not adjust the color like i asked. I specifically said i had put a lot of blonde in my hair that i didnt want ruined. I even set 3 different pictures.
